Modular belt conveyors
Through the positive locking drive and the side rail, modular conveyors are recommended where a belt is not possible due to slip, and an unfavorable length-width ratio or transverse forces. On request we design with reinforced bearings, supplemental supports of the drive shaft, as well as an appropriate number of additional sprockets, and thus exploit the full performance capacity of the chain.
Due to the selection of different chain materials, the IC-2040 conveyor system with modular belt chain can also be used for food industry applications and for products with high temperatures to 105°C. As a rule, modular belt chains are more resistant to wear than are belts, in addition fluids from the transported material can drip off through the chain. Due to the guide of the belt, lateral deviation does not occur, thus work pieces can also be pushed off transversely. Due to its positive-fit drive, the IC-2040 can handle high loads, even at narrow belt widths.
