VERTICAL LIFT CONVEYOR
Description
The Vertical Lift Conveyor is an automated system designed to transfer products between different height levels within a compact footprint. Using a guided platform or carrier driven by chains, belts, or screw mechanisms, it lifts or lowers cartons, crates, and packs safely and precisely.
Unlike long inclined conveyors, it requires
minimal floor area and delivers direct vertical movement without product rollback or instability. It can operate in continuous or indexing mode and integrates easily with upstream and downstream conveyors.
Built with a rigid MS or SS structure and safety interlocks, it ensures stable, repeatable elevation change even under heavy loads.
Key Features:
Direct vertical transfer between levels
Compact, space-saving design
MS / SS heavy-duty construction
Smooth and controlled lifting
Continuous or indexing operation
Safety guarding and interlocks
Customizable height and load capacity
Applications:
Multi-level production lines
Mezzanine and floor-to-floor transfer
Warehouses and distribution centers
