Description
The Nylon Grooved Roller is designed for belt-driven and O-ring-driven roller conveyors. Manufactured from high-grade engineering nylon, it features precision-machined grooves that allow round belts or poly V-belts to drive the roller smoothly and efficiently.
Compared to steel rollers, nylon grooved rollers run quieter, resist rust, and reduce wear on drive belts. They’re ideal for clean, light to medium-duty conveying systems where noise, maintenance, and product protection matter.
Fitted with sealed bearings, each roller delivers low-friction rotation and long service life under continuous operation.
