The Checkweigher with Rejection Conveyor is an automated in-line system designed to verify the weight of every single product and instantly remove underweight or overweight items from the production flow. Each product passes over a high-precision load cell that measures weight in real time. Items falling outside the preset tolerance are automatically diverted using an air blast, pusher, drop flap, or swing arm rejection mechanism—without stopping the line.
